DESCRIPTION

CVC fabric (chief value of cotton) is the fabric with only two components of polyester and cotton. The fabric have good wear resistance and wrinkle resistance,when the content of cotton is equal to or more than 50%.

Because of polyester fiber are hydrophobic, the affinity of the oil is very strong, easy adsorpting oil. It is also easy to produce electrostatic and adsorpt dust when you wear cloth which is made of CVC fabric.

Advantage is finished product is not easy to deformation, especially under the condition of machine wash.

Rib fabric is composed of a yarn forming coil in positive and opposite in turn the vertical lines of knitted fabric.?Rib fabric have characteristics of decoherence, crimping and extensibility, and also has great flexibility.It is used for shirt collar, cuffs, have better effect on the body. The elasticity of rid fabric is very big,and is mainly used for recreational style of clothing.

Pigment printing is directly printed with paint, because the paint is water-soluble coloring material, no affinity for the fiber, its coloring must rely on the film forming polymer compound (adhesive) coating and adhesion to the fiber to achieve.

Pigment printing can be used in the processing of any fiber textiles. It has good light fastness and dry cleaning fastness, and is more advantageous in the printing of blends and interwoven materials. It has simple process, wide spectrum and clear flower shape, but poor hand feel and low rubbing fastness.
