DESCRIPTION

Rayon is composed of cellulose. Like cotton it is a polymer. The moisture regain for rayon is slightly higher than for natural cellulosic fibers. it also contributes styling, ease of dyeing, and softness.

A manufactured elastomeric fiber that can be repeatedly stretched over 500% without breaking, and will still recover to its original length.

Spandex jersey is a special jersey, which is made of spandex or dubon Lycra  and another yarn, such as cotton or polyester, knitted into loops simultaneously.

Pigment printing is directly printed with paint, because the paint is water-soluble coloring material, no affinity for the fiber, its coloring must rely on the film forming polymer compound (adhesive) coating and adhesion to the fiber to achieve.

Pigment printing can be used in the processing of any fiber textiles. It has good light fastness and dry cleaning fastness, and is more advantageous in the printing of blends and interwoven materials. It has simple process, wide spectrum and clear flower shape, but poor hand feel and low rubbing fastness.
